Fahrenheit 451 started somewhere
First off, this post is in no way a promotion *or* condemnation of
any particular book...it's just an observation. Apparently, Amazon has
pulled all of Joseph Nicolosi's books, presumably because they violate
some sort of content guidelines. Nicolosi wrote books on homosexual
conversion therapy, which guarantees that the content will be
controversial to say the least.
Irrespective of this particular book, I'd like to point out what is *still* available on Amazon:
By choosing to cave to pressure from a small, very vocal group of people, isn't Amazon setting a dangerous precedent? Or, as is more likely, is it purely economic in nature, i.e. nobody was buying that book anyway, so meh, pull it to get these guys off the phone.
Either way, it doesn't look good.
